Africa
Big 5 and many more in Kenya, Tanzania that we have lost count in this wildlife heaven. Special callout to the Colobus Monkeys at Elsamere Naivasha, Kenya. Prominent national parks we have visited:
- West Tsavo- For red elephants covered in dust, Kudu, Cliffspringer, Dik-Dik, Giraffes
- Amboseli- For elephants, wildebeests and other animals swimming in swamps
- Tarangire- For lions under baobab trees
- Ngorongoro – For lions and many more spending life within a crater
- Serengeti- For Big 5, hyenas
- Masai Mara- For Big 5, cheetahs
- Nakuru- For rhinos, flamingoes, lions on trees
- Naivasha- For Hippos, storks, and walking with wildlife at Crescent island
- Nairobi National Park- For black rhinos
Europe
- Arctic fox in Iceland. This was a bit of luck on the road spotted from inside the vehicle
- Seals at Ytri Tunga Beach in Iceland
- Humpback whales at Dalvik in Iceland
Americas
- Humpback and Minke whales in Boston in the US
- Elks in Grand Canyon
- Macaws at Tambopata, in addition to capybaras, caimans, spider, tamarin, titi monkeys
- Giant Anteater at Lake Sandoval, capuchin, howler monkeys
- Sloth at Puerto Maldonado
- Vizcachas near Uyuni, Bolivia

- Albatross colony in Dunedin, New Zealand
- Glow worm caves in Te Anau, New Zealand
